Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for bringing Glimmer and Ghouls into your space! We are dedicated to ensuring your mystery bundles and celestial items reach you safely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

⏰ 1. Processing vs. Shipping Time

Please note that order processing time and shipping time are entirely different: 

Processing Time: All of our mystery bundles are carefully curated, hand-packed, and blessed by hand. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes the mail carrier to transport your package from our workstation to your doorstep. 



🔍 3. Order Tracking

The moment your package is passed into the hands of the carrier, an automatic shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will vanish into your inbox. You can use this tracking number to follow your bundle's magical journey to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network. 

 

📦 4. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Glimmer and Ghouls is not legally responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once the package leaves our hands, ownership transfer moves over to the postal service. 

 If your tracking info says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with your local post office branch or neighbors.

 If your items arrive physically broken or damaged by transit, please take a clear photo of the damage and email us at glimmerandghouls@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review it on a case-by-case basis and help you make it right.
